Companies, Project & Folders : Explained
Companies contain the people with whom you’d like to share files
Projects are collaborations that involve one or more companies.
Folders sub-divide Projects into logical areas for holding files. By default each Project has a single Folder, called the Communal Folder. Files can be uploaded to any folder by administrators, but people shared to a folder can only upload to the Communal Folder.
Files can be shared with any person within any company that is connected with the project. For security, the person with whom you share a file will only see the Projects and Folders that contain at least one file shared with them, as well as the Communal Folder.
Files can be made “public”, and given an optional alias, and then they are accessible to everyone on the Internet.
